Accessibility

We want visitors to be able to explore the collection and contact the showroom using the tools that work for them.

Using the website

The site includes keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, labeled form controls, alternative text for product images and support for reduced-motion preferences. Product galleries can be opened using a keyboard and closed with Escape. Browser zoom is supported.

Help and feedback

If any part of the site is difficult to use, call (323) 591-1380 during showroom hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:30 AM–5:30 PM. Tell us which page or rug you need help with and how we can assist. You may also write to RugLooms, 620 S La Brea Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036.
